For all these reasons, my first experience with this company is rated poor at one star. It seems they canceled my phone code, and after that, nothing worked. Only then could I make the transfer and pay a bill from my chequing account. I then tried to make a transfer from my savings account to my chequing account and got a message saying that the service was unavailable. That service was not available, as it showed I could only pay from my chequing account. I then went online and tried to pay a bill from my savings account. I was then put on hold with an estimated wait time of over 30 minutes. The recording said my phone code did not match my card number, even though I entered both numbers correctly. I then called Customer Service and entered my bank card number and phone code. ![]() But, when I tried to withdraw money at an ATM from my savings account, I got a message saying the service was unavailable. I received the bank card PIN number in the mail. I created a phone/online code, and it logged me in. I transferred money into the savings account and saw that it was there about 10 days later. I set up a chequing and savings account and did everything they said. Seems designed to fail and lock up your money
